Our Process
Scoping and Goal Setting
We ask a lot of questions during this phase. When, where, who, how, and why are foundational, but we expand from there.
Initial Proposal
Taking your goals into account, we’ll build a first draft for you to dive into. We aim for 85% accuracy and look for your feedback to make it better.
Proposal Review
After you have time to review the proposal, we love to have a call where we can talk through it in detail. For some people, this will be every detail and for others much less.
After the review, we will tweak and modify the proposal to get what you want, not moving forward until you like it.
Go Play!
This is the best part. You will meet with WTP staff in your dream destination and we make the trip happen. We’ll manage the details, take care of contingency needs, and ensure you have a great time.
Booking
At this point we will agree on the trip shape, financial terms, and booking arrangements. A deposit will be paid and we move on to trip development.
Trip Development
Trip development happens “behind scenes” to ensure your trip goes smoothly. Lodging, logistics, risk assessment, backup plans, and some paperwork all start happening.
As this phase solidifies trip information, you will receive a final Trip Description with a packing list and more detailed information.
