The Wilderness First Aid (WFA) certification is an international standard in outdoor recreation. Typically taught as 16 hours of curriculum, this course prepares outdoor enthusiasts to assess and treat common and basic problems.

The tuition of $400 USD (~€340) includes all course materials.
Successful completion of the course will result in a Wilderness First Aid Certification valid for 2 years.

This course is being hosted collaboratively between Mapping Croatia and World Travel Project. The curriculum, content, and certification comes from NOLS, an American company that is the largest provider of Wilderness Medicine Education in the world.
The WFA curriculum is certified by the Wilderness Medicine Educational Collective and meets the standards for certification.
